A club is an association or organization wherein people who share the same interests gather to share their knowledge. There are many forms of clubs, each with a different passion. As for hunters, hunt clubs bring a chance to gain insight and knowledge from their more experienced peers. It is for this reason that hunting clubs are divided either by location or by the animals being hunted. The biggest hunting clubs in the United States are the North American Hunting Club, Arkansas Hunting Club, California Hunting Club, Michigan Bowhunters Association, and the Rocky Mountain Sportsmen Association. The majority of these hunting clubs use crossbows as the weapon of choice during their hunting trips. This is because of the stealth and accuracy that the crossbow provides. Both of these regions have forests, deserts, and water bodies which give it a wider variety of animal species. The Arkansas Hunting Club and Michigan Bowhunters Association are big hunting clubs because of the laws that govern these areas as well as the number of animals that these hunting clubs hunt. Unlike other areas where there are laws that forbid people to hunt using certain weapons, both Arkansas and Michigan can use any weapon available except for melee weapons.
